The 'ZDHC Introduction to Chemical Management ' is a programme designed to improve your basic understanding of Chemical Management. This programme is aimed at Management Level and Factory Level who is responsible for dyeing, printing, chemical purchase, ETP, EHS, quality assurance and sustainability working at the wet processing facilities (such as dyehouse, printing, laundries and tanneries) or those working in the textile, accessories and footwear industry in a similar capacity.

The programme is intended for factory management and technical mid-management of Tier 1 and 2 suppliers in the textile, garment and footwear industry. This programme will learn the impact of climate change, how to account for greenhouse gas emissions and implement measures to cut the emissions and foundational knowledge on how our suppliers get started to achieve a 30% emission reduction by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050.

This programme will provide learners with practical information and guidance to develop "balanced" telework and Working Time Arrangements (WTAs), offering a flexible framework through which both private enterprises and public sector organizations can develop or update their own policies and practices.
